Dear MIP Family,

Your WebHelper team would like to request the group conscience on a suggested improvement to the website.

We have drafted a new navigation menu format that you can view at this link:

http://www.12stepforums.net/indexnewnav.html

There are two main benefits to using this format:

1. It will improve the search results to guide people to the Miracles in Progress site.  When someone does a Google search, they are more likely to see our site among the top results.

2. It makes the site easier to navigate on a smartphone.

If the group agrees, we can make this change on the MIP group fellowship pages.  

We can then ask each individual fellowship (AA, Al-Anon, ACOA, NA, CODA)  if they would like this change on their pages as well.

Please share your thoughts about this proposed navigation format.

Nice layout.

Could we replace "God" with "Higher Power" in the prayer?

Thank you for responding.

On the question of whether "God" could be replaced with "Higher Power" in the prayer that starts with "God I offer myself to thee..." , my thought is that would be a topic for a separate group conscience so all who have an opinion on that issue could discuss. Perhaps you would like to start a topic on this board to discuss that?

That's my thought so we could have a separate group conscience just on the navigation menu, and another on any other changes the MIP family would like.
